In 1976, the Matyó Producers' Cooperative was established by merging four companies, which later operated as Matyó Agricultural Cooperative, and from 2007 as Matyó Agrártermelő Ltd. Since the change of ownership at the end of August 2018, the company has been continuing production with a new approach and unchanged scope of activities.

The Matyó Group has 157 employees and more than HUF 7 billion of total annual net sales.

In 2011, the Cashline Group acquired a significant stake in Paksi Dunamenti Ltd., which is engaged in field crop production and dairy farming in Tolna County. Following the acquisition, after consolidating the company's operational and financial position, Cashline began to develop the agricultural economic holding structure.

Gerjeni Agrár Ltd. is a Hungarian registered company. In 2011, the Cashline Group acquired a decisive stake in Gerjeni Agrár Kft in Tolna County, which has a main focus of field crop production.

The first element of the Cashline Group's agricultural portfolio is Agrobaracs Mezőgazdasági Ltd. In 2008, the Cashline Group acquired a significant stake in the field of dairy farming and field crop production in the southern part of Fejér County. By strengthening the company's management and financial position ensured the conditions for profitable and efficient operation.
